Do You Have These Gastritis Symptoms?

Are you feeling stomach or abdominal pain?  Maybe you feel terrible in the morning… or can’t even eat without having your stomach feeling like it’s going to burn to death…

And in case you haven’t been diagnosed with Gastritis yet… here are some more symptoms you can look for:

  • Stomach pain that can spread to the ribs, back, or chest area
  • Inability to eat without feeling nausea
  • Intense nausea after eating
  • Stomach pain UNTIL you eat (this is a common one)
  • Feeling of fullness
  • Unable to keep yourself nourished (weight loss is a pretty dangerous side-effect of gastritis)
  • Black feces
  • Heartburn
  • Lack of appetite

Also… Gastritis is a very tough mental struggle as well.  You may feel depressed or intense anxiety, and this is quite common.  Gastritis can be with you day and night, and it really does add up.  Just remember to take each day as it comes.  Each hour, even.  Tomorrow will be another day.  And if you ever feel unhealthy thoughts (such as suicide,) please contact a professional immediately.  There are people who have seriously attempted suicide because of gastritis, and it’s a real side-effect that can overcome you if left unchecked.

What Causes Gastritis Symptoms?

There are a few different reasons why you may develop gastritis.

Irritation caused by constant vomiting or alcohol intake, and/or certain drugs can result in gastritis.

There is also a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (abbreviated as H. pylori) which dwells in the lining of your stomach.  This has been known to lead to ulcers and in some cases stomach cancer

Gastritis can also be caused by surgery, burns, injury, or a combination of the above.

Stress and bile reflux have also been known to cause gastritis.

The Mental Battle with Gastritis

Some who haven’t experienced might be wondering why gastritis is so harmful… Well…Gastritis basically takes away your life.  You feel like you can’t eat without feeling pain.  This isn’t normal.  Over time you may come to accept it, but it’s unnatural and something that shouldn’t be accepted.  You have to get your life back by beating Gastritis.

A lot of medications do work, but some of them just mask symptoms, and that can’t go on forever.  For example, PPI’s stop the production of acid in your stomach… but guess what.. YOU NEED THE ACID.  It’s just that there might be TOO MUCH with gastritis…

A coater might work… Like Pepto Bismol… but again… you can do this with 100% natural treatments, and it really isn’t helping you to fight the cause of gastritis.

The bottom line is… If you have any of the above symptoms… I would try to find a natural remedy that can really give you your freedom back.

Dieting Tips for Symptoms of Gastritis

A good gastritis diet is simple: something that you can eat without feeling pain.  I know it might sound overly simple, but that’s the truth of it.  A good gastritis diet is ANY DIET YOU CAN STICK TO that doesn’t cause you pain.  There might be a random flare out every once in a while, but the overall majority of time you should be pain-free.

Try to start with something really, really simple – like chicken, bananas, mashed potatoes, soft vegetables, light soups, and things like that.

Don’t eat anything with too much acid or fat.  Only eat “bland” foods that don’t have much flavor.  Be careful of some fruits as they’re high in acid.

This is the proper way to proceed with your delicate stomach…

By changing your diet and taking some natural supplements that help to soothe your stomach, coat the lining, and moderate the acid in your stomach, you should see a lot of great results soon.

What we are attempting at this point is to try and alkalize your body.  Again, too much acid in your stomach is the main cause of this pain… so we’re going to fight that.

I know LOTS of people that have beaten gastritis by this approach.. so I think it’s worth checking out for you too?

I hope this helps a bit

Do You Have These Signs? Plus, How to Get Relief Naturally

Symptoms of Gastritis are different for everyone. But there are some common signs that you may have felt:

  • Constant upset stomach
  • Abdominal pain
  • Indigestion, and/or acid-reflux
  • Burning, gawning feeling in the stomach (up to the chest area)
  • Heartburn
  • Pain until you eat in the morning
  • Pain, discomfort after eating during digestion
  • Sharp pains in the stomach, shooting towards the back or other areas
  • Loss of appetite
  • Dark stools

How to Get Relief From These Gastritis Symptoms

If you have already been diagnosed by your doctor, you should already be taking medications.  The coating treatments are great (like carafate) because they protect your stomach lining.  Slippery Elm is a 100% natural herb that does the same thing, so you can try taking that as well.

There is one natural remedy called “Gastronic Dr” that works amazingly well for stopping gastritis symptoms.  The reason why is because it’s made up of 3 herbs that help to soothe your stomach and assist in digestion.  Slippery Elm, coincidentally, is one of them – this is hailed as one of the very best natural treatments for any sort of stomach problems.  Also, Chamomile is another herb in this remedy.

Gastronic Dr – Try It to Stop Gastritis Symptoms & Pain

This particular remedy is made by an FDA-registered pharmacy owned by Native Remedies, who have been making herb-based treatments for years.  Gastronic Dr has many great reviews, and the above information about the herbs is exactly why.  They aren’t doing anything special to this treatment besides combining some very effective herbs together into one.

You can also take this in conjunciton with other medications that you’re already taking, since it’s natural.  Try it “as needed” (whenever you have pain,) or it’s definitely recommended to follow their dosage plan.  Either way I think everybody who has stomach pain and discomfort should have a bottle of Gastronic Dr around, as there’s no downside to taking it or trying it at least once.

If you’d rather try out the individual herbs, you can find Slippery Elm in a natural health store around your neighborhood I’m sure.  Chamomile is also a common tea, and the last ingredient – Meadowsweet – might be a bit more difficult to find.  It might just be easier to have the tried & proven Gastronic Dr shipped to your door, but the option for you to experiment on your own is there (Keep in mind that you’ll have to work out the dosages yourself if you do get it on your own, but this shouldn’t be too much of an issue.)

I hope this helps a bit, please feel free to leave a comment or question :)

Remember to take it one day at a time!

New All-Natural Gastritis Cure?

We’ve recently heard about a new all-natural cure for gastritis that has quietly been helping folks to alleviate their symptoms within days.

It’s called Gastronic Dr, and literally thousands of people have already benefited from using it daily.

This isn’t some small-time remedy either. An FDA-registered facility has found the best 4 ingredients that work against gastritis, and made it available for you to use.  And according to reviews that we’ve seen, it works breathtakingly quickly for the majority of people that try it.  With a 100% 1-year guarantee, it definitely sounds like something worth trying.  This particular company (Native Remedies) is huge and well known, so you can feel safe using their all-natural products.

Here’s some more information on what Gastronic Dr can help with:

  • The 4 magical ingredients keep stomach acid at healthy levels, directly fighting the root cause of gastritis
  • Feel the pain stop as the 2 anti-inflammatory properties kick in, and help to soothe your stomach
  • Get a natural Pepto-Bismol type coating all day everyday, allowing your body to finally heal your stomach’s lining
  • Take this remedy with trust, as it’s 100% natural and has no side-effects or addiction forming habits associated with it
  • Helps your body to absorb nutrients in foods, assisting you to stay healthy
  • And more…

Now… if you’re wondering how this has worked for other people, here’s a short story about Frank…

Frank’s wife knew that Frank was suffering from stomach problems, very similar to gastritis… and she finally got him to try out Gastronic Dr…

When Frank went to his doctor’s office to find out if he should trust this remedy… the doctor told him to keep on taking it.  He said that the results spoke for themselves…

Now I don’t know about you… but when a doctor recommends something, I definitely listen – especially when they are recommending something that is 100% natural.  I kind of feel a bit nervous taking weirdo drugs that do weird things inside of our body, but I can’t argue with something that’s all-natural.  It’s like eating vegetables, fruit, and other tree-grown ingredients.

Anyway, I hope this helps – here’s a link for Gastronic Dr if you’re feeling digestion pain or burning, and see if it’s for you.

Please leave a comment, especially after you’ve tried it out – I’d love to hear how it’s working for you!

Symptoms of Gastritis

What Happens When You Have Gastritis?

Any kinds of gastritis is terrible, and the symptoms of gastritis can come in many different forms.

But what can you expect on a general scale?

The first thing that you will notice is that you simply can’t eat certain foods.  After each meal you might feel pain or discomfort, or just feel terrible in general.

It’s not because you ate – it’s because you ate something that is going to bother and conflict with your gastritis.  That’s why you might eat something and feel horrible.  It’s another symptom of gastritis.

You can usually combat this by eliminating foods from your gastritis diet, and adding things slowly.  Over time you will have a big list of things that you cannot eat – or more likely, a tiny list of things that you CAN eat.  From there you can add things as you realize what doesn’t upset your stomach.

Another thing that you can expect when you have gastritis is to wake up feeling badly.  You might wake up with nausea, or you could have a lot of pain in your stomach, as well as heart burn.  This usually keeps on until you eat something, and then will subside.

This is another classic example of symptoms of gastritis.  Anything to do with stomach burning, heartburn, extra acid, stomach pain, etc – they are some of the most common ones that you are going to have to deal with.

Emotional distress is another major aspect as well.  People with any kind of chronic ailment will know that it’s as much an emotional battle as it is a physical one.  You might feel weak all the time, down, depressed, and you may not even want to wake up in the morning.

This is normal – but you should always see a doctor or therapist if you feel that it’s getting serious.

It’s just good to remember to take each day as it comes (sometimes each hour as it comes,) and keep your mind focused on the fact that you will get passed this gastritis one day.

It might not be today, and it might not be tomorrow – but the hardships will eventually come to an end.

Living with gastritis is certainly a constant struggle, but things get easier once you start to understand it more.  You will learn to understand your body better, and what you can or can’t eat.  You will learn why your stomach and body react that way, and will have a much better idea of how you should be handling your diet.

So to end this short post I have one piece of advice:

Learn about gastritis.  It’s the only thing that you can start doing today which will guarantee to help you get passed it.  Your doctor knows what he or she is doing, that’s for sure – but you should know nearly as much as them.  It’s your body – your life – and you deserve to know every single thing about what you are dealing with.

It can only make getting passed this easier.  The more you know is the better off you will be.

I hope that this helps even a little, and I hope that you find relief soon.

Hopefully soon we will talk about a gastritis diet that you can use to eliminate most symptoms of gastritis.  Since it’s kind of hard to get rid of gastritis altogether, fighting the annoying symptoms first is a good goal, so check back for that.

Tell-Tale Symptoms of Gastritis to Look Out For

Sometimes it can be difficult to know if you actually have gastritis.  It’s tough because the symptoms of gastritis vary, and with each person it can be a little different.

So how do you know if you really have it?

Let’s get into some specific symptoms of gastritis that you can begin to look out for.

Common Signs of Gastritis

The most common method for you to find out if you have gastritis is to check and monitor if you feel pain, discomfort, or anything strange in your abdominal area.  This includes an empty feeling in the stomach, as well as general pain.

It’s hard to tell between a normal stomach ache and gastric pain, but if it doesn’t feel normal then it probably isn’t.  This kind of pain is generally specific.

You can also feel a lot of burning and aching in your stomach area, and it can move around and also cause a lot of discomfort constantly.

Sometimes the pain alone is a huge symptom of gastritis.  It can be unbearable and cause you not to eat.

Another very common symptom of gastritis is a lack of appetite.  Or, you might have an appetite, but as soon as you begin eating you feel full.  This is a classic sign and can cause vitamin shortages in your body, like anemia.  This is a dangerous situation and you should try and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Here’s A Brief List of Symptoms You Can Check Against

  • Pain and discomfort in your upper abdominal area
  • Severe and unbearable pain after eating, or before eating (or until you eat)
  • Darkened or black stool
  • Constant and repetetive indigestion
  • Constant lack of appetite
  • Pain in the morning

The negatives of having gastritis is also the mental angle.  A huge symptom of chronic gastritis is stress, depression, and sometimes you don’t even want to get up in the morning or deal with life.

Having a chronic illness like gastritis can quickly strip you of your normal life, and can cause you to question what your real options are.

Most people find that, until they find a good gastritis diet, can’t move on with their life properly.

That’s why I recommend you find a diet that you can live with which will limit the pain and discomfort you have from your gastritis.

However, the first step that you have to take is evaluating the symptoms of gastritis, and seeing if you have it.

If you have a few, or maybe just one consistent symptom, of the above – then you may want to consider going to the doctor.

If your doctor does tell you that you have gastritis, we can start to hink about natural help that you can go with, as well as what medications you may receive from a conventional approach.

The most important thing is to meet with your doctor and see where you are.  They will be able to give you a great amount of information, which you should arm yourself with.

Thanks for reading and next time we’ll go over what benefits you can get from having a good gastritis diet, and how you can keep the pain at bay.
